This Warranty only covers products manufactured by Haining Nanhua Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.

Warranty Terms

1. The products which are from ChangSheng enjoy 24 months warranty from the date of delivery.
2. The products should be used under normal condition or used as instructed and recommended in the manual.
3. ChangSheng will not accept returned items without prior notice.
4. During the warranty period, any defective products will be repaired or replaced by ChangSheng free of charge.

Return Policy

1. ChangSheng will replace or repair defective products upon our approved inspection of the returned products.
2. ChangSheng will also be responsible for the shipping cost when returning the defective products from our factory to your company.
3. Any unconformity (comparing supply product with the order requirement) found after receiving goods which could affect use and sale. After proving, the goods can be replaced. Freight will be undertaken by both sides.
4. If goods got damaged in transit, the customer must be in consultation with the transport company for compensation; such customer can provide pictures and video to ChangSheng for assistance in compensation processing.
